| CHECK-OUT TIME AND KEYS | Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays (or at the end of the specified rental agreement). |
| PARKING | There is a two-car maximum (garage and unit driveway). |
| TRASH | Trash removal is handled by the management company. Guests may place trash in the appropriate bags and recycling bins. |
| TELEPHONE SERVICE | There is unlimited local and nationwide calling. Phones are located in the living room, the kitchen and in each bedroom. Collect calls will not be accepted. |
| BROADBAND WIRELESS SERVICE | Wireless broadband access is available. Guests with properly configured notebook computers (with a wireless 802.11 B/G network adapter) can connect to the wireless network. Technical support is not provided. (See below for link 'INSTRUCTIONS FOR WINDOWS XP USERS'.) |
| ENTERTAINMENT CENTER | The unit is equipped with an entertainment center with a large screen HDTV, AM/FM Radio Tuner/Receiver, DVD Player, Comcast Cable and VCR. It it possible to connect an IPOD or other player device using the RCA cable located in the entertainment console. (See below for link 'INSTRUCTIONS FOR ATTACHING AN IPOD.) |
| TOWELS AND SHEETS | Each person is provided with two sets of towels per week and a set of sheets. Towels and sheets are replaced by the management company between rentals. |
